Laura has been a part of the Pacific City community for over 30 years and has shared her passion for yoga through classes in both Pacific City and Lincoln City for many of those years.

She first discovered yoga in her 20s, and what began as a personal practice gradually grew into a lifelong journey and teaching career. With experience in a variety of yoga styles, Laura brings a well-rounded and adaptable approach to her classes.

Her teaching focuses on building strength, increasing flexibility, and enhancing body awareness. Laura welcomes students of all levels and emphasizes the benefits of yoga for healthy aging—particularly improving balance, posture, and overall mobility.

Carly is an Oregon Coast native and adventure enthusiast who has spent the last 20 years discovering the transformative power of yoga. Through her passion for extreme sports, she’s learned firsthand how yoga helps her stay strong, flexible, and injury-free, supporting her active lifestyle and ensuring she can continue to enjoy her favorite sports. Carly understands the unique physical demands that extreme sports place on the body, and she’s dedicated to sharing how yoga can enhance performance, prevent injury, and promote overall well-being.

Through clear, accessible instruction, she guides students in cultivating mindfulness, improving flexibility, strength, and balance, while encouraging self-compassion and patience on and off the mat. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a break, her classes provide a supportive space for every individual to grow at their own pace."
